Delivery Times:

Orders for normal banges or necklace will be send out in 4 days upon receive of payment. The banges bernama or necklace bernama which is specially make based on your instruction will be sent out 10 days upon payment received.   

Return Policy:

We hope your jewelry/gift purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, items that have been worn, resized, engraved or crafted, (unless engraved or crafted incorrectly by UnusualDesign), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved or crafted by UnusualDesign was not engraved or crafted with the letters specified in your order, please return us the wrong making item within 7 days upon received of the item, and we will send you a new item engraved or crafted with the correct letters.
